Over the years, Tehmina has devoted her life to teaching and guiding individuals through transformative journeys. She created her leveled courses to share the very practices that brought her out of darkness and into the light, a culmination of her personal and professional experience, blending her background in mindfulness, Reiki, energy healing, and spirituality.
Her Level 1 course, Unlock Your Mind and Find Peace, introduces students to mindfulness and breathwork practices that were pivotal in Tehmina’s own healing process.
