Your Journey Through Level 1
Your Journey Through
Level 1
Day 1: Connecting with the Breath
The breath opens the door.
Most of us move through life unaware of how easily the mind pulls us from one thought to the next, rarely allowing us to rest in the present.
On Day One, you’ll discover how the simple act of following the breath awakens a quieter, more attentive way of being. As awareness deepens, the mind gradually settles, the body softens, and moments of stillness begin to emerge naturally. Over time, the breath becomes more than a meditation practice—it becomes a trusted companion, gently guiding you back to stillness.
Day 2: Connecting with the Body
The body remembers what the mind forgets.
Many of us spend our lives disconnected from the body, lost in thought and unaware of the subtle messages it is constantly offering. Beneath tension, restlessness, and fatigue lies an invitation to become present in a new way.
On Day Two, you’ll learn to reconnect with your body through mindful awareness. As you begin to notice sensations without trying to change them, a deeper sense of grounding and ease naturally emerges. Rather than something to fix or control, the body becomes a place of quiet wisdom, gently bringing you back to the present.
Day 3: Observing the Thoughts
Not every thought deserves your attention.
The mind is constantly thinking, planning, remembering, and imagining. Without awareness, it’s easy to believe every thought that arises, allowing it to shape the way we feel and respond to life.
On Day Three, you’ll discover how to observe your thoughts without becoming caught up in them. As the distance between you and the mind begins to grow, clarity replaces reactivity, and an inner stillness starts to emerge. You begin to realise that while thoughts come and go, awareness remains.
Day 4: Observing the Emotions
Every emotion has something to teach us.
Emotions are not obstacles to overcome or problems to solve. Yet many of us spend our lives pushing them away, suppressing them, or becoming overwhelmed by them without truly understanding what they are asking of us.
On Day Four, you’ll learn how to meet your emotions with curiosity, gentleness, and presence. As you create space for your inner experience without judgement, difficult emotions begin to soften, making way for greater honesty, acceptance, and emotional freedom.
Day 5: Embracing Imperfection
Healing begins where judgement ends.
The way we speak to ourselves quietly shapes the way we experience our lives. Beneath perfectionism, self-criticism, and unrealistic expectations often lies a simple longing to feel enough.
On Day Five, you’ll begin to recognise the patterns that keep you stuck in self-judgement and loosen their hold. Through meditation and reflection, you’ll cultivate greater acceptance of yourself, discovering that growth begins not through criticism, but through compassion.
Day 6: Awakening Self-Compassion
Compassion changes the way we meet ourselves.
The kindness we so freely offer others is often the very thing we withhold from ourselves. Over time, this inner harshness can leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unworthy of our own care.
On Day Six, you’ll deepen your practice by cultivating genuine self-compassion. As you learn to meet every part of yourself with patience and understanding, your relationship with yourself begins to transform. From this place of kindness, lasting healing becomes possible.
Day 7: Inner Strength & Resilience
Stillness reveals a strength we often overlook.
Real resilience isn’t about pushing harder or pretending everything is fine. It grows quietly through presence, trust, and the ability to remain steady even when life feels uncertain.
On Day Seven, you’ll explore how meditation helps uncover the inner strength that has always been within you. As you learn to rest in stillness rather than react to every challenge, you begin to respond to life with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
Day 8: Gratitude & Integration
Gratitude changes the way we see.
Gratitude is more than appreciating the good moments in life. It is a way of meeting each experience with openness, recognising that even our challenges can become part of our growth.
On Day Eight, you’ll bring together everything you’ve discovered throughout the journey. Through reflection and integration, you’ll deepen your practice of gratitude and leave with simple tools to carry into everyday life. What began as a meditation course becomes a way of living with greater awareness, presence, and remembrance.

Why I Created
The Békhudi Journey
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with hundreds of people through meditation, Zikr, and spiritual practice. Although every person arrived with different life experiences and challenges, I began to notice something they all shared.
Many came looking for peace. Others were searching for healing, clarity, or simply a way to navigate life’s challenges. Yet, as their practice deepened, something unexpected began to unfold. Beneath the mind’s constant noise and the heart’s many burdens was a quieter longing – a longing for meaning, belonging, and a deeper connection with something greater than themselves.
For some, that longing was familiar from the very beginning. For others, it revealed itself slowly through the practice, until they recognised it as a longing to return to their Creator.
The Békhudi Journey grew from witnessing that unfolding, again and again.
It follows three stages, with each level laying the foundation for the next:
Level 1 – Know the Mind through mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness.
Level 2 – Cleanse the Energy Body through chakra meditation, emotional healing, and reflective practice.
Level 3 – Awaken the Heart through Zikr, the Divine Names, and the Lataif.
For me, meditation has never been about emptying the mind for its own sake. It is a way of quietening the noise so the heart can begin to remember what it has always known.
My hope is that these practices continue to accompany you long after each course has ended, becoming a quiet companion on your own journey back to yourself, and ultimately, back to your Creator.
Yours in peace,
Tehmina Mansoor
