Even though this past year has been a whirlwind, I’m extremely grateful to have been able to complete two of my certifications: Chakra and Aura Healing and Reiki Level One. When the idea of Be-khudi was first conceived I never saw myself learning much beyond mindfulness and meditation. But life works in mysterious ways and now I can see Be-khudi ready to amalgamate multiple healing practices and philosophies, especially from rich South Asian traditions. ⠀
⠀
I have been totally awe-struck by the knowledge these ancient practices possess of the human condition. I feel deeply moved with the wisdom and the mystery. And I find it alarming that although this knowledge is so old, it is lost to most of us – even though it belongs to our own geography. ⠀
⠀
As I began learning, the first step was obvious – to start healing myself and family. I realized fascinating new things, and I eventually designed my own Chakra Assessment Test which helps me in my analysis, and healing. Although this is a new journey I am looking forward to slowly (but surely) commencing one-on-one, in-person Chakra Healing and Meditation sessions.⠀
⠀
In the next few posts we will be sharing some vital information about the Chakra System and its significance in our lives. ⠀
⠀
Stay tuned for the next part of this journey that we embark upon together 😊. ⠀
⠀
May Peace be yours,⠀
