Békhudi Meditation Refund Policy

Effective Date: 18 August 2026

Békhudi Meditation (“Békhudi”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operated by Tehmina Mansoor, offers online courses, one-to-one services and other meditation and spiritual offerings.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made through Békhudi are non-refundable.

Once payment has been made and your purchase, course access or service has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or credits.

This applies to:

  • online courses, including The Békhudi Journey;
  • individual or one-to-one services, including Transform & Thrive;
  • workshops, programmes and other paid offerings; and
  • any other digital or in-person service unless a different refund policy is specifically stated at the time of purchase.

We encourage you to review the relevant course or service information carefully and ensure that it is suitable for you before making your purchase.

2. Online Courses

Békhudi’s online courses are digital educational and meditation programmes.

Once payment has been received and access to a course has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable.

This applies regardless of whether you have:

  • started the course;
  • accessed the course content;
  • completed the course;
  • used all or only part of your available course access; or
  • changed your mind after purchase.

Where a course is advertised as providing lifetime access, this means that, subject to the continued operation and availability of the Békhudi platform and the relevant course, you may continue to access the course for as long as Békhudi provides that course online.

Lifetime access does not create a right to a refund.

3. Transform & Thrive

Transform & Thrive is a one-to-one service.

Payments made for Transform & Thrive are non-refundable once the service has been confirmed or commenced.

If a session needs to be rescheduled, Békhudi may, at its discretion, offer an alternative date or time.

Any rescheduling arrangements will be communicated directly between Békhudi and the participant.

4. Payment by Bank Transfer

Békhudi currently accepts payment primarily through bank transfer.

A payment is considered complete once the relevant amount has been received and the purchase or service has been confirmed by Békhudi.

Because payments are made directly by bank transfer, customers should ensure that the correct amount and payment details are used before making a transfer.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Although our general policy is that purchases are non-refundable, Békhudi reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception is entirely at Békhudi’s discretion and does not create an obligation to provide a refund in similar circumstances.

If Békhudi is unable to provide a paid service that has already been purchased, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative arrangement, transfer or refund where appropriate.

6. Errors or Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have made a payment in error or have accidentally made a duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, correct the error or duplicate payment.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection or other laws that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

Any changes will be posted on this page and the Effective Date at the beginning of the policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Contact Us

If you have a question about this Refund Policy or a payment you have made, please contact us:

This is neat - alumni from AKU-ISMC have set up an Urdu-English meditation platform to help people cope with the crisis of uncertainty and lockdown. We make a big deal about training future leaders in AKU-ISMC and sometimes that means people who have obvious positions of authority, like politicians, diplomats, scholars or entrepreneurs, but sometimes it means taking a lead in more personal capacities to try and make things better for others.

I'm truly impressed and humbled by Tehmina Mansoor and Zohaib Zuby. They are definitely demonstrating the kind of leadership that makes me proud to be part of AKU.
