Level 2

Activate & Heal Your Energy System

About this Course

Our experiences, emotions, and beliefs don’t live only in the mind. Over time, they are also held within the body, shaping the way we think, feel, and respond to life.

Level 2 invites you to explore the seven major chakras through meditation, reflection, and simple healing practices. As you bring awareness to each energy centre, you begin releasing old emotional patterns, restoring balance, and creating space for greater clarity, vitality, and inner freedom.

Building upon the foundations of Level 1, this course helps prepare the inner landscape for the deeper journey of the heart that follows in Level 3.

This course is for you,
if you want:

    • Understand Your Energy Body
Learn how the seven chakras influence your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

    • Release Emotional Blocks
Work gently with long-held emotional patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

    • Restore Balance & Vitality
Support the natural flow of energy through meditation, breathwork, and simple daily practices.

    • Prepare for the Deeper Journey
Create the inner foundation that allows the heart to open more fully in the next stage of the Békhudi Journey.

Your Journey Through Level 2

Day 1: Root Chakra - Grounding & Stability

Everything begins with a strong foundation.

Many of us move through life carrying subtle fears around safety, belonging, and trust without even realising how deeply they shape the way we think, feel, and respond.

On Day One, you’ll begin working with the Root Chakra, reconnecting with a deeper sense of stability and grounding. As your awareness strengthens, you cultivate greater trust in yourself, your body, and the life that supports you.

Day 2: Sacral Chakra - Flow & Emotional Healing

Life was never meant to be held so tightly.

Over time, difficult experiences can leave us disconnected from our emotions, creativity, and natural capacity to move with life’s changing rhythms.

On Day Two, you’ll reconnect with the Sacral Chakra through meditation and reflection. As emotional blocks begin to soften, you rediscover greater openness, creativity, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Day 3: Stepping into Your Power

Your strength has always been within you.

Fear, self-doubt, and old conditioning often cause us to forget the confidence and inner resilience that already exist beneath the surface.

On Day Three, you’ll work with the Solar Plexus Chakra, gently strengthening your sense of self-worth and personal power. As old patterns begin to loosen, you develop the courage to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

Day 4: Heart Chakra - Opening to Love

The heart expands when it feels safe.

Many of us learn to protect the heart after experiencing disappointment, loss, or hurt, slowly closing ourselves to both giving and receiving love.

On Day Four, you’ll explore the Heart Chakra through practices of compassion, forgiveness, and emotional awareness. As the heart begins to soften, love becomes less something you seek from the world and more something you discover already living within you.

Day 5: Throat Chakra - Finding your Voice

Healing begins with truth.

We often silence our own voice to avoid conflict, rejection, or misunderstanding, forgetting that authenticity is one of our greatest sources of freedom.

On Day Five, you’ll explore the Throat Chakra, learning to express yourself with greater honesty, clarity, and courage. As your voice becomes more aligned with your inner truth, communication begins to feel more natural and effortless.

Day 6: Third Eye Chakra - Awakening Insight

Wisdom often speaks quietly.

The constant activity of the mind can make it difficult to recognise the quieter guidance that has always been available beneath our thoughts.

On Day Six, you’ll deepen your connection with the Third Eye Chakra through meditation and reflection. As awareness expands, you begin to trust your intuition, seeing yourself and the world with greater clarity and insight.

Day 7: Crown Chakra - Union with the Divine

We are never as separate as we imagine.

When the mind becomes quieter and the energy body more balanced, we naturally begin to experience a deeper sense of connection with something greater than ourselves.

On Day Seven, you’ll explore the Crown Chakra, cultivating trust, surrender, and openness to the sacred. As this connection deepens, life begins to feel less like something you carry alone and more like something you are gently held within.

Day 8: Integration & Alignment

The journey continues beyond the course.

Healing is not a destination but an ongoing unfolding, one that continues through the choices we make and the awareness we bring into everyday life.

On Day Eight, you’ll bring together everything you’ve experienced throughout the course. As mind, body, and energy come into greater alignment, you’ll leave with practices that continue to support your wellbeing long after the journey has ended.

What You'll Gain:

Emotional Healing

Release long-held emotional patterns and limiting beliefs through meditation, reflection, and chakra awareness. As old layers begin to soften, greater balance and resilience naturally emerge.

Learn practical tools to restore harmony across the seven chakras, helping you feel more grounded, energised, and connected in everyday life.

Why Tehmina Created These Courses

The path to self-mastery — moving from inner noise, emotional pain, and limiting beliefs toward peace, clarity, and purpose — can’t be rushed. It must be approached with care, structure, and deep respect for where each person is starting from.

Through years of guiding others in their healing and spiritual growth, Tehmina realized that real transformation only happens when we move step by step, with the right tools at the right time.

That’s why the Bekhudi Journey is built as three progressive levels:

  • Level 1 builds the foundation with mindfulness and daily meditation.

  • Level 2 deepens the practice through energy work and emotional healing.

  • Level 3 opens the path to divine connection through Sufi practices and Zikr.

Each level prepares you for the next — in a gentle, grounded, and spiritually intelligent way.

Why I Created
The Békhudi Journey

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with hundreds of people through meditation, Zikr, and spiritual practice. Although every person arrived with different life experiences and challenges, I began to notice something they all shared.

Many came looking for peace. Others were searching for healing, clarity, or simply a way to navigate life’s challenges. Yet, as their practice deepened, something unexpected began to unfold. Beneath the mind’s constant noise and the heart’s many burdens was a quieter longing – a longing for meaning, belonging, and a deeper connection with something greater than themselves.

For some, that longing was familiar from the very beginning. For others, it revealed itself slowly through the practice, until they recognised it as a longing to return to their Creator.

The Békhudi Journey grew from witnessing that unfolding, again and again.

It follows three stages, with each level laying the foundation for the next:

Level 1Know the Mind through mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness.

Level 2Cleanse the Energy Body through chakra meditation, emotional healing, and reflective practice.

Level 3Awaken the Heart through Zikr, the Divine Names, and the Lataif.

For me, meditation has never been about emptying the mind for its own sake. It is a way of quietening the noise so the heart can begin to remember what it has always known.

My hope is that these practices continue to accompany you long after each course has ended, becoming a quiet companion on your own journey back to yourself, and ultimately, back to your Creator.

Yours in peace,

I consider myself among the fortunate who have had the chance to take meditation courses with Tehmina Mansoor at Békhudi Meditation. Tehmina, who is an old soul in a youthful body, has crafted a beautiful environment at Békhudi where everything - the lighting, sounds, decor, and natural materials - helps lift one to a higher spiritual level. Her guidance is both effective and powerful, taking one further along their spiritual path. Thanks to her insights, I've reached new spiritual heights that I hadn't experienced before. I'm genuinely grateful for the impact she’s had, which has significantly shaped my recent spiritual growth. Although I currently live in Los Angeles, I can't wait to return to Karachi to meditate and learn with her again. As for those who do not have the opportunity to travel to Karachi, luckily her meditation guidance is available on YouTube. One just has to search for "Békhudi Meditation" online.

I did the level 2 and level 3 courses with Békhudi in October and November 2025. This was a time I was looking for a direction in life, a calmness within myself. The breath work and meditation exercises helped me gain a deeper connection with myself and subtly started making deep shifts inside me. I was able to find more stillness and an enhanced capacity to deal with emotions and troubling thoughts. I was also able to slowly practice sitting in silence shutting off my brain and not feeling the need to be in control. This started to make me realise how many aspects of my life were driven by this need. If you are on your journey to self-discovery, if you feel lost in life or you feel the need to slow down but don’t know how to, this is the place for you. Tehmina is a wonderful and gentle teacher who imposes no expectations and gives you plenty of space to go according to your own pace. The space and community offered is wonderful.

Békhudi’s meditation sessions are transformative! Especially the Level 3 Zikr is a powerhouse of energy. The way it channels stillness into strength is unmatched. I am grateful for these sacred spaces where mind, body, and soul transcend. The best thing about the meditation practice at Békhudi is that it is anchored in spirituality and reminds us of our Creator. Inner peace and tranquillity is only possible when we reflect and introspect. The mind is often grappling with issues of the past and apprehensions about the future. In this process, we lose the present moment. The quiet mind that is made possible by meditation gives us the chance to live in the present and reconnect with our higher self. Thank you, Békhudi, for guiding us deeper.

This is neat - alumni from AKU-ISMC have set up an Urdu-English meditation platform to help people cope with the crisis of uncertainty and lockdown. We make a big deal about training future leaders in AKU-ISMC and sometimes that means people who have obvious positions of authority, like politicians, diplomats, scholars or entrepreneurs, but sometimes it means taking a lead in more personal capacities to try and make things better for others.

I'm truly impressed and humbled by Tehmina Mansoor and Zohaib Zuby. They are definitely demonstrating the kind of leadership that makes me proud to be part of AKU.
